We charge a refundable deposit when you book a space with us (with the exception of fully funded space). This is bespoke depending on how many hours a week you book.
Please note your space is NOT secured until we have received your deposit in full and you have confirmation from us.
When your deposit is received it is held on your account with us and then used as a credit on your first invoice when your child starts.
Your deposit secures your child’s space for one calendar month following the start date you have advised us of, unless a different timespan has been agreed. After this date has passed if your child has still not started then your deposit is non-refundable.
If you then decide to cancel the space with us then your deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits for Out of School Club
Breakfast and After School Club, 1 week’s fees for the space booked
Holiday club ad hoc booking: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the space for the holiday time for which you are booking
Holidays
We do not charge when we are closed on Bank Holidays, a week at the end of August & between Christmas and New Year.
