Fees and Costs

Fees from 1^st April 2026

Funded hours are only offered between 8am-4pm.

Hourly rate for any additional non-funded hours between 7.30am-5.30pm – all ages: £7.80 per hour

Early start – 7am-7.30am - £5.00 (or £2.50 per quarter hour)

Evening finish– 5.30pm-5.45pm - £3.00

Late finish 5.45pm-6pm - £4.00

Full time rates:

Full time is 7.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday (50hrs per week). All full-time packages include all food and our enhanced curriculum package. Early and late finishes can be added as required, subject to availability).

0-3 years no funding: £320.00 per week

The term after child turns 9 months old until the end of the term in which turn 3 years & in receipt of working families funded hours:

30hrs per week funding term time only package: £180.00 per week (38 weeks per year, Lincolnshire term dates only)     

23.25hrs per week funded all-year round ‘stretched’ package: £190.00 per week (49 weeks per year)

Full-time space, and you are eligible for the Families in Receipt of Additional Support two-year-old funding:

15hrs per week funding term time only package: £250.00

11.63hrs per week all-year round ‘stretched’ package: £265.00

The term after child turns 3 years until they leave to go to school:

Up to 15hrs per week funding term time only package: £185.00 per week                         

Up to 11.63hrs per week funding all-year round package: £195.00 per week

Up to 30hrs per week funding term time only package: £145.00 per week                                     

Up to 23.25hrs per week funding all-year round package: £155.00 per week

Voluntary additional optional extras

Food charges

Breakfast (7am-9am) - £1.50

Morning snack – 75p

Lunch (11.30am-12.30pm) - £3.00

Afternoon snack – 75p

Hot tea (4pm) (2 courses) - £3.70

Our daily all meals & snacks package: £8.70 per day

Alternatively, children can come with their own food, this must comply with the most recent nutrition guidance, details of which will be provided should you choose to do this.

Enhanced Curriculum Option

This includes our Outdoor Explorer Forest School sessions, Happy Little Hands with Venetia, Music Man sessions, dance and Yogabugs sessions, and baking classes.

£4.00 per day* aggregated charge for every day your child attends as there is something on offer from the above every day.

*This charge is already included in the full-time package rates as detailed above.

Also applicable to full time spaces only:

• Sibling discount only applies to full time children and is 10% discount on one child (sibling discount does not apply if your child/children access out of school clubs with us, they must be within early years).

• Military discount only applies to full time children and remains at 10%, you must be currently serving.

Mini schoolie holiday club (Reception age children only – new from October 2025)

(food inclusive, fees also include the cost of all activities, trips and outings)

Mini Holiday Club (7.30am-5.30pm):

£6.70 per hour

£55.00 per day (max 9 hour day, over 9 hours then goes onto hourly rate)

£250.00 full week (max 45hr week, then goes onto hourly rate)

Early starts and late finishes can be added as required subject to availability

School age children (‘schoolies’)

Breakfast Club (Pinchbeck East only):     

7am-9am: All children need to be here by 8am: £10.00 per morning (Breakfast included)

After School Club (Pinchbeck East only):

3pm-5.45pm: £15.00 per afternoon (Hot tea, 2 courses included, this is served at 4pm)

5.45pm-6pm: £3.00 extra

Holiday Club 7.30am-5.30pm (ages 5-8 years):

£6.50 per hour

£50.00 per day
