Our Costs & Prices for our services.
Standard Charges
Fees from 1st April 2024:
0-2 years: £6.50 per hour
OR
£260.00 per week full time (Full time is 7am-6pm Monday-Friday & food inclusive).
This will be reviewed later in the year when we have more information about the funding rollout for children the term after they turn 9 months.
The term after child turns 2 years & in receipt of funded hours: additional hours - £6.70 per hour
OR
Full time package prices if your child receives funding; (Full time is 7am-6pm Monday-Friday & food inclusive the prices below include all additional hours above the funded hours and all food)
15hrs per week funding term time only package: £175.00 per week (Lincolnshire term dates only)
11hrs per week funding stretched offer package: £200.00 per week
The term after child turns 3 years until they leave to go to school:
Term time – universal funding 15hrs per week fully funded or extended funding 30hrs per week fully funded
OR
All year round ‘stretched’ funding – universal funding 11hrs per week fully funded or extended funding 22hrs per week fully funded.
Additional hours over and above funded hours: £6.30 per hour

15hrs per week funding term time only package: £165.00 per week
11hrs per week funding stretched offer package: £175.00 per week
30hrs per week funding term time only package: £125.00 per week
22hrs per week funding stretched offer package: £135.00 per week
For 3 & 4 year old funded children there is a sustainability supplement of £1.20 for the number of funded hours your child attends only. More information is in your funding pack.
Food charges unless otherwise specified:
Breakfast (7am-9am) - £1.00
Lunch (11.30am-12.30pm) - £2.50
Hot tea (4pm) (2 courses) - £3.70
Alternatively children can come with their own food. Morning and afternoon snack are free of charge for 0-2 year olds and free for 3 & 4 year old funded children if you pay the supplement.
Term time only contracts available.
Out of School Club Charges
Breakfast Club 7am-9am: All children need to be here by 8am: £6.00 (Breakfast included, no additional charge)
After School Club 3pm-6pm: £12.00 (Tea included, no additional charge)
Holiday Club: £5.00 per hour or, £40.00 per day or, £180.00 full time (both food inclusive, fees also include the cost of all trips and outings)
Deposits
We charge a deposit when you book a space with us (with the exception of fully funded space). This is as follows;
Space for less than 25 hours per week deposit is equal to 4 week’s fees for the space that you book.
Space for more than 25 hours per week deposit is equal to 2 week’s fees for the space that you book.
(For example if you wish to book 20 hours per week for your child, the deposit would equal 20 hours x 4 weeks at the applicable hourly rate for the age of your child).
Please note your space is NOT secured until we have received your deposit in full and you have confirmation from us.
When your deposit is received it is held on your account with us and then used as a credit on your first invoice when your child starts.
Your deposit secures your child’s space for one calendar month following the start date you have advised us of, unless a different timespan has been agreed. After this date has passed if your child has still not started then your deposit is non-refundable.
If you then decide to cancel the space with us then your deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits for Out of School Club
Breakfast and After School Club, 1 week’s fees for the space booked
Holiday club all year round contract: 1 week’s fees for the space booked
Holiday club ad hoc booking: 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the space for the holiday time for which you are booking
Holidays
We do not charge when we are closed on Bank Holidays, a week at the end of August & between Christmas and New Year.
We charge half fees for up to 4 weeks per year or pre-booked holidays.
